Ingredients
- 3 cups (400 g) cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 large romaine heart, chopped
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup (25 g) croutons, crushed
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas (10 inch)
How to cook chicken caesar wrap step by step
- Toss the romaine with the dressing, Parmesan, and pepper until every leaf is coated.
- Fold in the chicken and the crushed croutons.
- Warm each tortilla 15 seconds so it rolls without tearing.
- Pile a quarter of the filling down the center of each tortilla, leaving an inch clear at the sides.
- Fold the sides in, roll tightly, and slice on the diagonal.
Chef's tips
- Dress it right before rolling; the lettuce goes limp within the hour.
- No dressing? Whisk mayonnaise with lemon juice, Parmesan, and a little Dijon.
